What did you create your Clone with? You will have to get the Bootable Version of that device. You don't change the Option, you just choose the option you want, and in your case it would be the Flash Drive with the Prefix UEFI. John explained the way to get to Boot Options. So unless you are doing a Clean Install I suggest you leave it as is. You can change to Legacy on most all computers that I know of, but you are already in UEFI, and your Clone is already UEFI. I have not found away to do a boot from an OS image on an external USB drive, ( which, by some reports, is also not possible ! ) The ultimate goal is to upgrade the SDD from 500 GB to a new 2 TB drive. I have searched dell forums where this question comes up, but have found only the question and no solution.
